Folsom Powerhouse is an innovative mixed use development project in the growing Francisville neighborhood utilizing the latest in modern design, sustainable construction and urban planning. The project’s design is inspired by the City of Philadelphia’s plans to become the “Greenest city in America”. The project is located on the 1700 block of Folsom St just north of Fairmount Ave and was awarded to this development team as part of an RFP process with the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (PRA). Construction of a balanced mix of residential and retail units along side duplex, triplex and single family for sale units is slated to begin in late 2013.
